For me, it's been a game changer. Other iron pills always made me constipated but I haven't had any of that with this brand. It's supposed to be super high absorption so your body uses it better.

This one is heme iron, which is different from a lot of others and supposed to be way better absorbed, especially if you have sensitive digestion.

I switched from Garden of Life because I kept having stomach issues. Three Arrows Nutra's heme iron is supposed to be absorbed differently than the non-heme iron in most other brands, so it's less likely to cause digestive upset. That was the main selling point for me, and it worked.
